We are with Dv2 at the moment (eservers.biz) and we are more than happy. However, we are looking to bring some p4's online for another project. We were going to go with eservers at internap however they recent fiasco with their merchant leaves us in the dark.
So who should we go with? Fastservers.net seems like a great choice however, monthly fee's for ram/hdd upgrades are a turnoff.

Fastservers would be my recommendation but if you don't like their monthly fees then you should consider Pwebtech/MeHost in the awesome NAC datacenter. They have high setup fees since their RAM/CPU upgrades etc are one-off fees, but of all the people I know hosted with them I have not heard a single complaint. They're running a special right now, actually -- http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=71296
