Hi!

I noticed there are some user names here which represents one company only. It is actually not a problem. The only problem is when they do advertise and use the user names alternately to circumvent the rule. Say UserA of CompanyX advertise about their logo design in the Related Offers and Requests then say 3 days after UserB of the same CompanyX advertises again this time a different promo. EDIT: Talking about two different representatives of the same company.

I hope I am making sense. So may I suggest that MODS keep watch of this possibility. I am not saying that it happened (I dunno it might have happened) before. Or if you want to be safe, just allow only one user per company.

:)

If you suspect that different user names are, in fact, the same person; report that to the mods and let them have a look.
It is something that isn't allowed and I've noticed there isn't much tolerance for.

Or are you talking about two different representatives of the same company?

i think the rules specifically state that 1 ad per company is allowed per 5 days...report it to the mods when you see it and they'll get it cleaned up

Right. It don't say nuthin about one ad per member. It says one ad per company. :)

More specifically it states, "A maximum of one account per person, regardless of how many companies you represent. Also if your company is represented by more than one person only one ad per 5 days may be posted in the advertising forums regarding your companies, sub-companies or associated companies."

Thanks. That should make it clear. I hope those who are constantly posting in the Ads Forums read this post.

Yes, if you ever see multiple usernames posting ads at the same time in the same ad forum, please point it out.
