Could you explain your question a little more. What sort of advertising are you looking for?
1. Impression based
2. Static
3. Sponsorship
What products or services are you selling/promoting?

I am interested in anything at the moment, anything that will pay on a impressions.
Something that will accept a certain IP every 12-24 hours, not just once a month (so like semi-static)
Also I am interested in 2 types:
1) for a personal page
2) for a hosting company, wouldnt mind supplying advertising to customers.

I think you'll have difficulty finding that level of IP filtering for less than $30CPM. Any site that can offer you the option to show ads to only a select group of unique visitors has to have a high level of traffic, which tends to mean high ad rates.
Why are you so keen on impression based advertsing?

I like impression advertising, unless you can tell me another form of advertising that pays alot, and it stable, like I don't have to worry about are my visitors going to click the advertising, then im open for ears.

If you think you don't have to worry about your advertisers clicking on your ads, because theyre CPM based your in for a suprise.
If your running a site that intends to make its money from advertising, your most important asset isnt page views of ad impressions. Its clicks! If your site doesnt have visitors that click on ads, it wont matter whether youve sold your ad space on a CPM or CPC basis.
No clicks will ultimately lead to no advertisers.

Yes but ultimately theyre still paying for clicks. If you don't deliver the right number of clicks per 1000 impressions, they'll stop advertising with you.
Try FastClick.com (http://www.fastclick.com/re.f?281).
They're mixed CPM/CPC based and pay on time -- it might be a little more difficult to get accepted with the way things are these days but give it a try, nothing to lose.
