I have few questions to ask about whats the best way to charge shipping. I'm selling items that are all weight 1lb each. My shopping cart supports by weight and flat fee. Currently, is set to weight. I went to USPS website and calculate how much it will cost me to send an 1 lb item to LA (USPS Priority mail $4.80)

My questions are:

1) If the user buys two items, does that mean I have to charge the buyer
$9.60 for shipping fee?

2) Which carrier is the best choice for International Shipping and which service method from experience ?

3) How do you determine a good price so that is covers all the shipping fees within U.S ?
