Dear All,

Could anyone connect to www.focalhosting.com? They seem to be down again. I have a few sites hosted with them and they are all down too.
Are anyone of you facing similar problems? This is the second time this week that something similar has happened.
Appreciate your feedback.

FYI, the mail server of focalhosting.com is down and their forum site is also down. So how do I contact them? They do not have an official 24 hour hotline. I do have a personal phone no to call, but to do so from Singapore would be expensive. So no, I cannot communicate with my hosting provider.

Then they do not have a backup system for you to use, you're screwed until otherwise notified.

Ya know, patches, recompiles, installation, and maintanence reboots should be in your SLA, AUP, or TOS, read them, then you won't have to freak when a blip is noticed on the screen.

Yes, it's back up now. I believe that the datacenter that they are located in was reconfiguring their router/s.

Well, I was waiting on our new domain to come through but it hasn't yet (it was focal911.com).

There were some outages during this maintenance window, but everything seems to be back to normal right now. They have until 6:00 am EST to finish everything.
