Where is the best place for me to report spam or unsolicited e-mails from people who are registering in bulk .info domains from Godaddy.

Godaddy told me to go to their report spam link, but personally I don't think they give a s*it.

I am getting a ton of e-mail from domains registered through them.

The more astonishing thing is that I did a whois on one of the domains and amazingly their whois information was not hidden, so I called them and the person answered with the name in the whois. He sounded a little nervous and started explaining how I could un-subscribe, but of course none of that could happen as the links ended up in page could not be found and yada yada yada.

One e-mail from unwanted solicitation is more than enough, but 20-30 emails a day is plain criminal in my mind.

Is there a place that takes real action?

First off, the domain that's used as sender has in 99% nothing to do with the person sending the spam. Spammers just take any domain to send out spam (do you really think they want all the return mails of all the bounces?).

Reporting the domain is completely useless. The owner of the domain got already enough punished that his domain got miss used and when catch-all email is enabled there were hundreds or thousands of return email killing the inbox...

What you can do is looking at the email headers and that way you find through which server / from which ISP the spam got sent. Report it there, if it's someone really sending spam they will block the connection. In most cases it will be a private person having some backdoor / worm / virus on the pc and has no idea what happens...

Don't report to goDaddy it is nothing to do with them, you need to report to the service provider not the domain registrar.
