Edge-Host (www.edge-host.com) is need of experienced remote tech support personal to join our team. These people should be highly motivated and be online 24/7 (well a lot). Their job would be to answer/fix any problems via the helpdesk, forums, aim, icq, irc, and our toll free phone number. Types of accounts include: dedicated servers, virtual, and reseller. Payment is negotiable.

Minimum Requirements
- Needs to have at least 3 years experience
- Needs to provide references to established hosting companies
- Needs to be able to provide phone support
- Needs to be dedicated and hard working
- Needs to have knowledge in Cpanel, Plesk, Ensim, WEBMIN, and all aspects of hosting businesses.

I got the impression that he meant that you were looking for employees in a job post previously and were looking for people to work for unreasonably cheap wages.

BTW, why is it that no one looking for employees these days, is ever willing to say what the wages will be? Something like $35K to $50K per year, depending on experience, would be better. It seems like everyone is trying to just have the potential employees give them quotes so they can go with whoever gave the lowest quote. Not that I'm saying you are doing it, but why not post some type of salary rate such as above, so you and them don't waste time. On that note, if you are willing to pay around $15/hr for a very experience tech, admin staff, shoot me an email or PM.

Yeah Kelsey, The point of my post was to see how much the pay was, because last time the pay wasn't good.
