has anyone ever used http://www.nebrix.net, if so could you tell me about there quality? I am just coming off of http://www.cobaltracks.com and don't want to make the same mistake with another host.

Well, I have not heard of them, but their pricing is quite high for what you can get out there. ALso, they only have OC-3 connectivity. You may want to find a host that has a larger capacity of delivering bandwidth. The server prices themselves are not that bad, but I am sure if you look around you will find better.
