i just did a ping to you main website , and the result was acceptable : 160ms avarage , but when i did it to the following ip : 193.33.186.1 it gave me 410 ms avarage
so are your promotions servers located somewhere else ? other than your main server ?

Our website and billing panel are purposefully located off site so in the event a total network failure, we can contact our clients.

Feel free to mail a tracert to jon (at) racksrv (dot) net and I will see what can be done with your route as clearly something is a miss if your +250ms between our backup and live networks!
