I want a reseller with overselling enabled. A big plus would be a reseller billing account (WHMCS, ClientExec, etc.), but it's not necessary.

I am NOT looking for Windows Hosting. Linux hosting is fine.

Do you have any control panel specifications? You could also pick up a license from Licensepal.com for a cheap price.

I think you might have to raise your budget. You will have a hard time finding a host that offers 5GB of space with a free WHMCS license and unlimited hosted domains for $15/mo. I am not saying it's impossible, but be weary of deals "too good to be true" :).

^ I'm not requiring a WHMCS license :) It would be a great bonus, but it's not going to break or make the deal.

The reseller hosting solutions of most reliable companies start with about $20-$25/month. If you can increase your butget little more when you can find a lot of reliable reseller hosting providers. Good luck.

Your budgets not ideal but if you find the right promotion you might get some joy.
