Since I can't visit the PerlDesk forums, I was hoping one of you could help me with this:
I have noticed that when a ticket priority is changed it doesn't generate a new e-mail to the Admin. This could be bad, for instance, if someone changes it to a priority one. I would want to get on those tickets promptly. Is there a solution for this natively within PerlDesk, or would I have to hack at the code?
