any one know domain regester that accept western union or moneygram ?

Do a search, you'll see this subject matter has come up frequently lately. Basically most will not accept WU as a valid payment term, your best bet is to use paypal.

Why do you want to WU, it may be unfair but the only times I hear people who want to use WU is to either mask their identity, i.e., pay anonymously or its a scam.

You could contact the registrar yourself and ask, but I suspect most if not all will not accept that as a form of payment.

Only Crimminals and Terrorist's use Western Union.

I know you will say there are credit cards , paypal , .....

As I told you I can't buy a credit card from here as my country is black listed for banking services like visacard and mastercard or some thing like that . and even you I thik you can't use your credit card or paypal here unless you used it through a proxy or vpn or other ways that make a headache and personaly I just want to registe a domain name .
