We started ussing serversurgeon.com since last month with their monthly server management plan

We are at 12 hours differences from US, no matter when we issue a ticket, they always loged in and checked the issue in 5 minutes.

Admin quality is also FAR better than other budget server management, when we were with budget server management companies, many of times they failed to even re-compile apache.

Server Surgen is not always fast to react, but also ACCURATE to do management

We really feel "peace of mind" when we are with them :D

these days u`l find alot of server management companies in market who provide good services in start and after 2,3 month its comes to downfall
so i guess if they maintain this level of services in future also then they will be the real winner

ServerSurgeon is not really that new in industry, so I think they are pretty stable on providing services. I should also let you know that there was one time our server was down in the early morning, they poped in and issue a reboot to DC, very prompt reaction indeed.
