Hi,
as most helpdesk systems i tested now,
people can submit tickets anytime they want,
i am wonder if there are any helpdesk systems can
a)limit how long people can create a new ticket
b)or limit how many tickets the account can create in a period of time (ex: one day,week,month,...etc)
