I want free setup, 250$ monthly payment.
Coldfusion 5
Imail > 7.7 or Mdaemon
MS SQL 2000
.NET,Perl,PHP,MYSQL
Remote Terminal (PCANYWHERE or something better)
Hosting Controller (v2002)

CPU at least 1 GHZ
HDD at least 20 GB
RAM at least 256 MB

please let me know your server features and monthly bandwidth you have considered for your offer,
Also please tell me how much should I pay to upgrade CPU,RAM, HDD., and Bandwidth.

Your are looking at close to $1000 monthly for a server with CF5, Imail and MS-SQL 2k. You might watn to revise your requirements and or budget.

Your not seriously going to host all that on 256 MB ?
SQL server alone should be on its own server if its doing anything fairly serious.
