I'm not sure I understand your question... are you asking about what companies are offering reselling programs?

Most of the accredited registrars offer some kind of reseller program, so you should go to them to investigate. Personally, I resell for eNom, and their ability to create my own "sub-accounts" means you can create reseller accounts under your own account for others.

I have had nothing but success reselling for eNom and highly recommend them.
