We are a new hosting company in the name of Zap Infotech, We have taken a reseller plan for window hosting, but there is restriction of MSSQL database.

We require many database for our clients website, we have to purchase databases separately for each site.

Can't I manage my own server, where I can allocate unlimited MSSql database.

You can buy your own server and have complete ownership over pretty much everything, though you will probably have to pay a large fee to get one of the advanced editions of MSSQL 2005, which may actually cost more than the server's monthly fee.

It is easy to setup a server?

I mean what type of the knowledge a person should have?

Well, you should know pretty much all there is to know about managing a Windows server. If you don't however, you can try to find a fully managed Windows provider like LiquidWeb, since from what I remember they offer advanced SQL2005 server licenses and full management if you choose Plesk as your control panel.
