unless im mistaken, valcato is down again less than 24 hours since their last outtage.

sigh, i really wanna believe that the folks at valcato are good people (esp. after they announced free account upgrades), but this is an awful lot of downtime...

anyone know what's up with them?

cant get in touch with anyone at the support desk at valcatosupport.com

eek, hope this is minor...

We are working with BurstNET to fix this problem. It has to do with the new router that they put int.

Valcato's problem has nothing to do with our router/network.

Why do I get the feeling this is going to turn nasty... ;)

Because it will.. always does when a provider blames its problem on something else and that something else speaks back :)

If this is right, then Valcato just made a fool of themselves ....
If this is not right, then the reverse :)

Hey, if it was our fault...then by all means blame us...
BUT
do not think we will sit back and let clients blame us for something untrue.

I know the reason Valcato's service was down...and it was NOT a technical issue on our end.

That's about all I can say...
Anything else and you need to ask them...

liam said in the valcato forums that it was something about the dns configuration with the new router after a storm blew out the old one... whether thats true or not i guess i dont really know..or if there really was a storm to begin with??

although this is all kinda weird cuz the downtime happened two days ago... lil late there aint ya pal? heh

Only with AT&T can you get away with blaming everything on them.

Well they are still claiming it was a storm ;)
