You get what you pay for, yes, that much I know ... and I've had to learn the hard way.

I've been with DrupalValueHosting for over half a year now, and their support is hit and miss. Typically, after a few emails, their support will respond.

Every month they double-billed me, and I've had to write to support to get refunds. I'm not sure why they can't get that straight.

Unfortunately, this time around, they have not responded to my many emails and tickets.

Their server was hacked and left all of their accounts with Drupal/Joomla crippled and they haven't been responding to email ever since.

It's been a week - no responses, nothing. Just a blanket email saying to everyone that they'll get to it eventually.

So, now I'm looking for a new host, and I'm hoping they stay in business long enough for me to transfer all of my stuff out.

Just a shame. So, now I'm looking for a new host and this time, I'm looking for SUPPORT as the #1 priority.

Something with 10gigs of space and under $20 a month.

You can use this link (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/hostquote.php) to request quote from hosting providers or have a look in offer forum (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=130).

Thanks folks - this was more of a rant/review on DrupalValueHosting, however, it's turned into a valuable resource for me too.

Thanks much.

My requirements - 10 gigs hdd and reasonable bandwidth - I don't have a number in mind, but I assume 40 gigs sounds reasonable?

I've been hosting my Drupal websites with 1and1, and I have no complains yet! Phone support is the fastest I've seen, always get answered in less than a minute!

Have you checked out the offers forum? There are plenty of offers from reputable companies that can provide what you need.

I have checked out the offers forum and will pick a new host today.

Just an update - DrupalValueHosting has STILL NOT replied to any support requests.
