HELP!

Issue:
I have had an issue with my Crucial DD R1 account not being activated and it has been nearly 12 hours now; it is still not being processed!

Technical has been prompt in replying, but they are only redirecting the tickets to Sales department. Now, the question is; What the heck is Sales doing!?

So, if anyone from Crucial Paradigm sees this thread, please assist. For the rest of us, maybe this is a red warning sign.

From their FAQ

How long does it take to setup an account at Crucial Paradigm?
Once payment is received your account is typically activated within 24-48 hours. Although this can take slight longer if ordered over the weekend.

They possibly are setting up. Some times it does take around 24 hours before they get to it, Do they have a different way to contact them?

The account is setup now. Thanks for the info.

ADDED:
The issue was not because they need 24-48 hours, but they actually sent me the setup welcome letter even before the account was active. It is a case of miscommunication between us. Too further clarify, I have nothing against the company, just feel that Crucial should have had a more synchronised information regarding everything in their website within reach.

They resell for Layered Tech correct? The last time I check they did, and typically speaking its in LT's hand to deploy the server.

True, they do have their servers coloc at Colo4Dallas. They are not a reseller, but I guess with them remote-handling from Sydney must have some effects on them; being in a different timezone and all.

Technical support is prompt. It is their sales and billing team that can be a bit "unresponsive".

I myself face to slow sales response sometimes, especially at the first time contact. But it doesn't mean their service is not good. I haven't heard bad thing about CrucialP. I personally contact Aaron sometimes, and he's helpful. Give them some more hours :)

I recently signed up for a shared plan from them but I did not received any account information. I then recontacted sales and they mailed the information. The support is great and they are based in India (Outsourced).
