I am not 100% sure I want to sell the domain I am just seeing what I can get for it.

http://www.HostPhenom.com the design was a downloaded free template that I changed around quite a bit, had to fix a few glitches and make things work I can't sell it with the domain but whom ever were to offer to buy the domain could take the design along with it for free.

I am just testing the waters. The hosting was a venture of mine and while I have a desire to still do it I am training very hard for my first Amateur MMA Fight for Full Force Productions (http://www.fullforce.tv) and I just don't have the time to do it.

No clients come with the sale, only age, and PR (if any), and it's definitely indexed in google, yahoo, and a few others.

Yeah I figured it wouldn't go for much. Let's see if anyone else thinks it's worth more. It's appraised at 50$ without a design. So... We'll see...

I think the inbound links make it worth the 50$. Not sure exactly that's just what dnscoop.com estimates the value to be.

I think I am going to keep it anyway. I love the industry and when I can dedicate more time, get completely caught up on my personal issues I'll probably open back up again.

You definitely make a good argument though it is questionable why it is worth 50$.
