Can someone people please share your opinion of companies that offer dedicated servers, and you can use it to sell web hosting to your clients. I know a few of them, they are great an add... but here is what bugs me..

they say pay 300$/mo. for the server
plus 5$/mo for each new domain, + 10$ setup fee for each domain... Now where is the profit in that?

500 sites on one server gives you a lot of profit. Servers cost as low as $99 a month, if not less. 500 sites at 5 dollars a piece for a years worth of hosting brings in $2500, enough to pay for two years of hosting.

It depends on how much they are selling the service for.

If they pay $15 for it and charge $10 then its not workable but if they charge $25 then its worth it to them.
