I was asking Paypal regarding my account limitation about 3 times. A same reply for all different questions was given by the BOT. How can i reach a man?

You hardly reach a human unless you call them.

I recently had a long incident with PayPal over an account limitation (over several months). I eventually contacted crme@paypal.com - their executive escalations department. The issue was shortly resolved.

I make call from them, they ask me to hold and they review the account. It takes 30 mins and say they still under the process of review. Once my payee replies, they can restore the access.

The big problem is, i send any email, they give out the same reply. A reply that my account limitation can't be removed right now, and visit my account resolution center.

Any question, i ask, i get the same reply.

I will also take those advise. For me same problem, but they ask me to complete the check list items, which i have already submited. i dono what they mean by that. I am going to call and try first.

I have recently faced the same problem. Completed the check list, submitted the documents and the problem was settled within 12 hours.

You are lucky one i suppose, It takes days especially when i submit on weekends.. Chennaihomie => Good luck solving.

You can reach them at 1-888-221-1161, just one piece of advice.... Have a lot of time on your hands for the call. They will get your issued resolved usually only by phone and it can take some time.
