Is it just me or what? VDI was down since this morning, my server at interserver was down for almost 9 hours... And of course, all companies hosted inside VDI were down too.... Gee... that was really long down time.... what's going on with VDI?

Yup, they were down since about 5am alaska time

Our understanding at this point is that a Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) table was corrupted and there was difficulty in recovery of the backup at VDI.


I been calling them about once every few hours and surprisly there was someone always answering the phone. Regardless of the problem, a outage this long should not have ever happened. If they got problems even with their backups, there needs to be a explaintion
