anyone know where I can get a decent job script with the following:

- Template Based
- Allow Membership for Companies to Post Jobs
- JobSeeker Membership (optional)
- Something similar to Monster.com (search for jobs based on location, keyword, date posted, etc. and have results show up as a list, then click on for detail)
- Allow Companies to register and log-in and (post job, delete jobs, modify jobs)
- If possibe, have any option for companies to pay after they register (either through paypal, 2checkout, etc.)
- some other things a normal job site would consist of...

Anyone know where I can get something like this .. or if anyone can write a php script , please tell me how much ..
