Seems to be down from my end as well:

We are currently trying to isolate what the issues was. Anything that was off-line, should be working again.

One of our core devises froze and we were not able to get it back on-line. We had to re-flash the firmware to a newer version and re-load the configuration.

When we move to our new facility later next month, we will be replacing all of our existing network equipment. While our network has been fairly reliable, we still have room for improvement.

So are the servers up? How often does this happens?

Everything is working fine. Prior to this, we had a 99.9% up time.

The technical answer for setup time is 12-24hrs. However, it's usually much sooner than that.
