Wondering what is the best Language translation progarm/code to fit Cre Loaded, giving the customer numors language options?

I would say if you can pay to get a translation this is always best because you will not have the gramatical mistakes that translation systems introduce.

Have you also considered that although you could make your site and have it translated in english, french and german for example, how will you provide support to these clients if you can not speak english, french and german ?

1st, it will be a problem translating 20,000+ pages.
2nd, my clients that speak other languages are web based shoppers from around the world that i really don't communicate with beside sending an order out to....
