I heard this site was run but kids but surely they can do a better job at describing their features than this. The English is the worst i have ever read. Do they even know what they are talking about?

*grins* They're like George W. Bush... making up words wherever they go.

Hey, why you have to be so hard with the people of featureprice.com comparing them with Bush? :D

Yes, Lurleene... "appauling," my best guess is, means "appealing to Paul." Apparently some guy named Paul really likes sites that have sloppy grammar and spelling. Presumably, if he likes forum posts with the same characteristics, he is happy today.

Next I have to figure out what exactly is meant by the colloquialism "but kids but," as used in the phrase "this site was run but kids but surely..."
:D

 Boy I like that idea, neonarcissism! Unfortunately I'm having a hard time thinking of words in which I can incorporate "Jeff". Maybe "jeffaw" instead of "guffaw".

There are far worse examples of "Ingrish" than this site. I've posted two few such links below:

http://www.accmaxsystem.com/Service.htm (I love the "No Bandwith Fees" about halfway down...nothing worse than having to pay for all that bandwith I use. I wonder if they offer unlimited email forwading).

http://www.engrish.com <--- there is absolutely nothing on the planet that is any worse than this site is as it pertains to English butchery. Fortunately for the webmaster, it's by design. :)

Heh. Kinda ironic how he comments on spelling/grammar of one site when the topic of this thread is spelled wrong. For your info appauling should be appalling.

i could less if their nateeeve langAge wuz englishe.

The bottom line is that if they feel compelled to market to an english speaking audience, they should atleast get someone to do some copy editing.

ktxhost "i hav some knowledge"

Knowledge doesn't matter if you can't express it well enough to satisfy your clients... I could service the Chinese market because I know my way around the Internet industry, but it still doesn't qualify me as a Chinese IT consultant. I still need help communicating with my clients in Wuxi, why shouldn't they go through the same effor to do the same?

What's entertaining to me is that you can, with the addition of only a couple of extra words, build a complete and appropriate sentence from the grammatical and spelling errors written in this thread by people who think that they're poking fun at someone else:

"It is appauling but kids but Apperently mean't to be."

But it's too soon for a new sig quote. I'll save this one for later.
