Based on my search.. I just need a solid reseller control panel without the billing software and other stuffs on the control. Something like cpanel for linux.

But I also need a decent service.. someone like httpme.. you know,tried and tested services..

all control panels to the best of my knowledge have the ability to disable the billing system (if one is included).

As far as i know, windows control panels are quite different than cpanel.
But they all have features for you to manage your hosting account.
IMO Helm is the simplest control panel with easy navigation.

You can try HELM for windows hosting controller. Some hosts that offer helm are HostOnNet, ResellerGuru and FastServers.

On the other hand, if you prefer to have Windows reselling, but still want to keep your linux reselling capabilities, Go with H-sphere. Some H-sphere hosts are Cartika, Jodohost and Host Department.
