Have you contacted arnet.com to ask them how they can help you upgrade? And if things "will be different" with them, if you do upgrade?

If you are happy with them, why not stay with them?

It never hurts to ask.

Yeah, if you are happy with them, why you need to go for a new host?
You are only going to change the package with them and that should never change the level of service they provide.

I feel that, if things are going fine you don't have to think about switching.

Fully agree with the above posters (it feels so nice today, it seems i can agree on a lot of things today).

If your current host does sell reseller packages i do not believe there are major differences for you as seller. Since they run cpanel it is also relatively easy to move to another host if it is really needed, but obviously its better to avoid that ;).

One of the things you may need to consider if you go from shared to reseller hosting is if you are going to need end-user support for your clients and if your current host is offering this.

I'm afraid with reseller account things will be different?Things are much more likely to be different with an other provider. Reseller hosting is not that much different from shared hosting. Stick to the host you know, even more so if you've had such a great experience with them.

YES,YES if your current host offers reseller accounts or even Master Resellers why not stay with them. It will save you a lot of time from looking for a new host. ans since you say they offer great tech support that's even better for you. It looks like you have a good relationship with your current host.

I can relate to this one. I have a single account with siteworks.com and it's my main web-site. They have good support, almost always up (last time was over a year ago they had a problem), and I find their control panel simple. They don't have a whole lotta features, most of which on my other account elsewhere I have yet to begin to understand what all they do. So I have kept this account even though it costs me more than if I just moved it to my reseller account. Partly, I'm lazy (well don't have much time either), and partly scared to mess with my main site.
