does the autodj have ftp access to upload the mp3's or web interface?

I'm assuming you can, as you get a static ip address
Which you'd give out to your listeners in the form of
a http address, for your listeners to tune in using
winamp, windows media player, quicktime and so on..
You can ftp your audio files to a directory on the server.

Did you get your server yet? I paid on the 18th and still got nothing. I got on the live chat and David said it takes normally a few hours since they do it manually and that he'd get back to me in an email by the end of the day.

yes mine has been setup but I am having some issues with the autodj feature. I have emailed their support and they are looking into it I guess.

Overall I am not really satisfied with the service with this company but I am going to attempt to stick it out a little while longer as a shoutcast host for my little budget are hard to come by.

well days later and my support issues haven't been resolved with these guys at all. the website is now down so I can't even cancel my account with them.

Very poor service in my opinion.

Considering the problems you are having, and the fact they aren't responding to me anymore nor have they setup my account, I filed a PayPal refund request.

be very cautious when signing up with these guys. they do not answer support questions at all and there autodj feature does not work correctly at all.

I have had an open ticket for 8 days now with no response from support at all. Canceled my account with them and am off to find someone new.

We have no ticket thats been open for 8 days. We have replied to each ticket.

you have not. you said you were looking into it on july 18. have updated my ticket since and have not gotten any answers nor is the problem fixed.
