I signed up with resellerscene.com (http://resellerscene.com) about 2 weeks ago. So far all I can say is GREAT things about them! They have gone way above and beyond anything I could have ever asked for! They are always friendly, always answer support tickets fast, their uptime has been 100% since I singed up, and the server always responds fast.

So, to break it down for you, heres what I think about them:

1 - 10 scale:

Support: 10
Service: 10
Upitme: 10
Server response: 10
Server Specs: 10 (Quad core Xeon 2.6 w/4Gb RAM)
Package Specs: 10
Features: 10
Helpfullness: 10
Politeness: 10

I cannot brag enough about them! Dale has been helping me for the past 4 huors or so trying to get all of my websites moved over from the HORRIBLE host that my domains were hosted at, and he is still working at it now.

If there is a problem, they fix it. If there's a question, they answer it , fast. If you need anything, they're there to help at anytime of the night. I have submitted tickets at 3am and always get a response within 10 minutes, 10 MINUTES!! My old host would take 4-6 hours to respond, IF they responded at all!

Anyway, I just wanted to let you all know about them. If you're looking for a reliable reseller great features, support, and specs, look no further! Check em out, you will not be disappointed, I guarantee it!

I have many domains hosted with them now, but one that has been there long enough to show on the DNS is directorysubmissions.biz. I'm moving all the rest of my domains to them now. :agree: :agree: :agree: :agree: :agree:

I could not see the company(if they so) information on their web site. This is one of the most important thing if looking for a reliable reseller hosting. Also two weeks are too less time for talking about their service.

There is some info about the company on the top button and bottom link http://resellerscene.com/company.html

2 weeks is early, but I have seen 1 week reviews posted here. Also, I don't see any rule saying that I can't post a 2 week review. I will be back in a month or 2 to update this thread.

I think initial reviews are important especially when contrasted or supported with 3mo, 6mo and year reviews.

Does their service/support maintain during that time or does it go down?

Are they working hard to get you as a customer and then leave you hanging or do they work hard at keeping you as a customer as well.

Having these initial reviews are important as you look at a review across time.

Good point! I suppose I'll come back and post a 6mo, and 1 yr review when the time comes.

They are relatively new. I think they're celebrating their first anniversary.

Yes, they are that good! I have tried A LOT of hosts, and ResellerScene.com and LiquidWeb.com were the two best I used. I cannot praise them enough! Dale even rewrote my WHMCS database because of an error in transfering to them, that they had nothing to do with!

I looked at their support page, it really seems to lack any help information. The offers looked good, better than resellers.com that I use. I submitted a support problem over an hour ago (which they say is usually responded to within an hour) and no response yet. It has caused me to come in here and see what's new. Fast support is an issue. I like to hear when a company goes above and beyond their responsibility. I made a bookmark of your suggestion to keep for later. Thanks.
