I submitted a ticket to InnoHosting yesterday about this, but so far no answer. Since I'm a very impatient person, I'll try my luck here...

Does anyone now if InnoHosting allows Add-On domains for accounts within their shared reseller packages. Not subdomains, but Add-on domains.

For example their smallest reseller package allows "25 accounts" are those 25 accounts allowed to add-on domains?

Note that Sales & Billing is not operation on Weekends ;)

but straight up on your hosting site it says "24 x 7 Technical Support".

Note that Sales & Billing is not operation on Weekends ;)

lol cause the way i know that billing and sales is part of technical support. Cause I'm sure a lot of people will confuse that together.

Really? I always considered sales support to be sales related, billing to be billing related, and technical support to be technical issues. But each to their own ;)

Yeah, I think technical support as something going wrong with your hosting, sales as buying something or pre-sales questions, and billing, something going wrong with payment or form of payment.

well i guess in the end people think of technical support as different things.

Spot on. Technical support is for technical issues and hence our tech support is available 24x7 by ticket, live chat and phone.

Sales/Billing is not considered technical support and so is not tech support :agree:

Just a follow-up on this thread...

I did sign up for a reseller account with InnoHosting (one of my three currents hosts now). Rest assured, I will post a review here when the time is appropriate.

As with some of the others here, I have no problem separating "tech support" from "billing/sales". While this could be frustrating to some customers - I originally started looking at InnoHosting on the weekend and was disappointed that I would need to wait until the next business day to set up a new account - I can understand it from a business perspective.

I did sign up for a reseller account with InnoHosting (one of my three currents hosts now). Rest assured, I will post a review here when the time is appropriate.

As with some of the others here, I have no problem separating "tech support" from "billing/sales". While this could be frustrating to some customers - I originally started looking at InnoHosting on the weekend and was disappointed that I would need to wait until the next business day to set up a new account - I can understand it from a business perspective.
