Some specs:
-maintained/managed servers
-100gb monthly transfer at the least
-30gb storage at least
-high uptime
-control panel for account/reporting/logs/usage logs
-support for critical problems

if dedicated
-dual net connection
-dual powergrid
-good servers/hp proliant

What is your budget?
Do you prefer to get a dedicated server or stick with reseller plan?
We have a customer using almost 500GB/month (multiple websites though, about 50GB/month each site) and one reseller customer with main website using 160GB/month.
