I would like to order custom affiliate script for my company.

Describe as follows:

1. after registration, new affiliate member will recive his unique link with ID.

2. each order made on my page would be added to administration panel with affiliate id and accept/decline link.

3. user in his panel will see waiting for acceptation / accepted /declined orders made with his ID

4. user may request payment for accepted orders only and recive payment
