Hi,
Do you want to let us know what your webserver software is and I'm sure I can point you in the right direction.

If you access the httpd config file and view the SSL section for you site (or virtual host) you will see two files.
Their files names are not important (and could well be different), but the directive will tell you which part of your Certificate is what:
SSLCertificateFile /etc/httpd/conf/apache.ssl/server.crt
SSLCertificateKeyFile /etc/httpd/conf/apache.ssl/myserver.key
The SSLCertificateFile is your actual Certificate.
The SSLCertificateKeyFile is your private key, careful when you back this up and be sure to password protect it.
If you'd like someone to talk you through this operation drop me an email steven.waite@comodo.net and we'll arrange some help.
Perhaps there is an easier way to do this directly through cPanel if any cPanel experts are viewing this??

Steve
