Hello,

Would like to know of any server management companies that come close to the turn around we have been used to with Touch. Must say they are good, but seems that they are quite strict in what they support and don't. (e.g a server with a free control panel such as ISPconfig is not supported as well as alternative XEN based virtualization such as from virtualiron.com)

Don't see the reason why we have to deploy specific control panels or have none for us to get support for our servers that are for our own use internally.

Anyone with any suggestions for alternatives?

Regards.

"Jack of all trades, master of none."

I can see where specializing in specific operating systems, control panels and applications can be beneficial, for both the consumer and business. So, I imagine the reason they don't support those applications is because they prefer to focus on other mainstream applications.

Some of the Server Management companies I have come across here at WHT. I haven't used them personally so don't have any experience in regards to their level of service.

Any alternatives to Touch Support that are actually US based (US support agents)?
