I'm currently running a Ecommerce site and sell different types of products. I would like to separate my product into niche sites. I have more domain names to use but I Host only one account on GoDaddy.

Operating System - Windows
.Net Runtime Version - ASP.Net 1.1
IIS 6.0

GoDaddy Say's I will have to go to Version 2.0. They say that changing it might mess up my current store.

I'm hoping you can give me the steps that I would need to take to do this.

Then I'll have to ask in other threads more questions about how I can tie it all together under my company name and DBA while still using my one gateway, Authorize.Net account.

GoDaddy hosting (sucks) on Windows servers sucks. Their ToS is awful as well. If you are going to run an eCommerce site you should get yourself a serious webhost using linux servers. There are plenty of webhosts which offer unlimited add-on domains under 1 account.
