Unacom.net claims to have 5000 customers and on WHT there is no review or comment. Are you a Unacom customer?
Are you satisfied? Comments about them?
Thank you.

I don't trust them. I tried to signup tonight and Visa called me and told me they tried to authorize $1,800. I called their toll-free line and that was useless. Well needless to say, I'm going to look elsewhere.

Swanny, Please don't be so quick to judge us so harshly. I absolutely do not understand why the system would have tried to excessivelly bill you.

I just recieved the message from Olisa = (the tech you spoke too) He told he even offered to do the billing over the phone, and try to contact your cc company directly (you declined). We have never had this complaint before...

Here is a screenshot of the premium plan config you should have only been billed $19.95.

No other user has complained of the problem. And i assure you we are a completely legitimate host.

Contact me directly my cell phone number is 617-306-5428 I will be up for the rest of the night. I can even give you some names of some sites we host. You can email/call them and ask about our service quality .

If you want i can even set you up with a plan that requires only checking. and i will even throw in the first month free as a sign of good faith. Good luck on your site.

I'm a happy customer with one of my sites since September 2001. No problems or downtime, accurate billing, etc. They worked with me closely in getting a custom plain tailored for me and the content I was presenting.

Can't imagine how/why an $1800 charge went through, probably a missed keystroke, or some garbled data, certainly never has this problem myself.

Server has been up reliably, unlike another host I am dealing with for other webspace. I give em a thumbs up.

FWIW, my site has close to 5000 members now, forums based with pictures and video. Rather not post a link as it is adult based, feel free to contact me with questions though.

BTW, I have no idea why posts says only 1, I know I've posted at least a dozen times *sigh*.
