Dear Mr Head Surfer,


Can you please tell me what kind of cases and motherboards you use on that $99/mo. desktop computer you sell. I have asked your sales reps and they don't have a clue. I wanted to know the makers of the hardware and the model numbers.

I know I csn't expect Buckingham Palace for $99/mo., But I sure would like know what I am getting so I can be assured that I am not going to crash everyday.

Well, Robert would be allowed to answer the question (per the forum guidelines) however you can contact him directly. On the main forum index page, there is a forum-info box on the right side and the last section you can find his address to inquire about the parts of the boxes.

He does, well RS bought out the forums. However Robert spends little time on these boards since Rackshack is of way more importance.

well, anyone using rackshack server can probably answer your question... (you can get motherboard number from linux start-up log)
