Hello, I am moving my clients ( just about 20 ), to another dedicated server ... however both servers use the same version of WHM 11.23.2 cPanel 11.23.3-R25971

I try to use "Copy multiple accounts/packages from another server" but I always got some problems ... so I would like to know if there is any guide which would teach me how to move all accounts ( msql/data everything ... ) to another server with minimal down time.

What is the problem you are getting? What you can also do is to perform the backup of the files, and then scp the backup files to the new server and then restore.

The transfer function of WHM has been flawed for quite some time

Simply create a backup of each account on "old" server using /scripts/pkgaccount username transfer them over to "new" server and then restore them using /scripts/restorepkg username

What exact error are you getting while trying to transfer the account?

... password is 100% correct, I using it everyday to connect to my server over putty :)
