We do something similar for £99
and can't sell them for love nor money.

The UK market demand is for servers at the £80 mark with 5GB
bandwidth and then £10 to £20 per GB for overage.

I tried to break that mould but it simply did not work
no matter how much I spent on marketing.

I think the problem is that most Uk dedicateds are used for single site hosting plus if you look through the internet magazines the price point seems to be £80 so you need to do a lot of convincing to get people to spend the extra.

These are meant as helpful comments.
Reduce it ti £80 with 5GB and watch them fly out the door.

Is there any call for dual cpus with scsi or raid drive systems these days?

Amazingly we sell more high end machines than low end (2:1)

I just had an order for a dual processor SCSI server for some database drivewn search site.
Obviously its very expensive.

We also have resellers who move to dedicated and pay above average prices for us to handle ALL the maintenance.
