How Does It Work?
JACQDAR IT can offer your business transparent web hosting support to your clients and staff.
The way in which this works is you have your ticket system E-Mail us when there is a new ticket and we will login to your system and reply accordingly. We can reply from your name or an Alias name, whichever you prefer, meaning your customers will never need to know that the support is not being done "In House."
We will reply in the correct manner and with useful information, not just canned responses such as "There is an outage" if there is an outage, then we would explain the issue and do our best to make the customer feel like they are being looked after.
