Cyber World, Inc has been providing Windows based web hosting since 1996. We pride ourselves in providing top notch Windows based hosting, and great support to our customers.
In our research, we have found that there are companies out there who offer outsourced technical support via trouble tickets to web hosting companies who need help with handling their technical support. We have also noticed that these companies offer mainly Linux based technical support and there is a void when it comes to Windows technical support. With our experienced team of support representatives, and our customizable trouble ticket system, Cyber World, Inc. would like to fill this void for hosts who need help with their Windows accounts.
Our offer would look something like this -
24 x 7 trouble ticket support
OR
9am - 9PM PST trouble ticket support
Answers within 1 hour
There would be a minimum amount for trouble tickets that can be ordered each month but there would be no maximum, and you can pay on a per ticket basis past the allocated amount of tickets you ordered with your support plan.
Ticket replies would be branded with your company name, and the ticket site would also be branded with your company information.
The pricing for this service has not as yet been determined, but we are planning to make it as affordable as all the other services such as bobcares.com and so on.
What we would like to know before moving on, is if there is a real need for such a service out there. Are there any hosts out there that would be interested in such services? IF so please contact alvins@cyberworldhost.com with Your Name, Company Name, and email address. We have the infrastructure all set-up already, and just need to have some interest before releasing the service to the public.
