Yep, I found it, all those thinking of running a web hosting biz can stop. There is now something better, low cost, around 2k, I mean come on, thats the price for a server. Or if you go the other route, it could cost you initially much less. Easy advertising, mainly word of mouth. No long nights, get to work regular hours. You can sayu that you are the head of it and people will belive you. Finally, no one will really care if you are a one man show. What could this startup be? Check it out!

Why I posted what I did. Go to the article, and look at the first line, just reminded me of people here, asking what they need to startup a web hosting buisness, just seemed like the same thing, except cleaning in its place, I guess thats the little joke in it.
