Hello Guys,

30 hours after signing up, haven't heard from them...
not a very good "start"....

What happened to the "Same day setup" on features page or
the...

"Q: How long does it take to set up a new account?
A: Less than 24 hours. "

In the FAQ page?

Since they setup accounts manually, they may have forgot to set yours up or something. I'd send a message to their support and ask what's going on.

24 clock hours or 24 business hours? If the later it could mean 3 business (8 hour) days

In the features page says "Same Day Setup" !!

Have you contacted them about this ? Maybe your signup got lost ?

Mine was set up fast! (I think within the hour)
After I got the account info, I emailed to get a ded IP, and got then within a couple of hours too.
Maybe it is a "one time" problem? (I hope)
Send them an email and see whats up.

already sent them an email, maybe 1 hour ago.... still no answer.
