I searched through forums a few times trying to figure this out. I just bought my very own RaQ 550. I see solutions to this for earlier models, but none that I could use.

I have a site hosted at www.domain.ca and it works fine for webbiness and email. But, I get no love when i try to email or connect to it using domain.ca or @domain.ca.

In Site Management / Services / Email for my www.domain.ca I have:

Enable APOP: (on)

Email server aliases:
domain.ca
mail.domain.ca

catch all email address:
[blank]

I'm using my RaQ as the DNS server for my all my sites including domain.ca.

Any ideas or handles I can try jiggling?

What are your MX records....?

Definitely a DNS problem. In addition to checking the MX record, make sure you have an A record for both www.domain.ca and domain.ca.
