I am wondering what Credit Card Payment Process does not Blacklist Egypt to accept payments. I know it is High Risk to accept such orders, But does anyone know of a Payment processor for Credit Cards that does not block this country?

Yeah 2CO does not blacklist Egypt. Frankly we've never had problems with orders from Egypt. Fraud comes in from all countries, just have to be deligent with verification.

Well we have got 2co setup, though we get this error:
Parameter Error
A parameter error was encountered when attempting to process this sale.
Please notify the supplier so that this can be resolved as soon as possible.

that usually means your 2co account is on-hold at the moment (not accepting payments), additional verification of your website needed from 2checkout.
those verifications are required for new 2co hosting accounta which will be used for processing payments of webhosting sites.

Yes I have done this, They are not too sure what it is. They are going to look into it, So I have to sit and wait for now :)
It was working like 1 week ago, so not sure what has happened since then.

If you have your own merchant account you can make your own internal risk decisions based upon where you want to accept transactions from.

I would recommend 2 Check Out as well or look for a high risk offshore processor, you may pay a little bit more with the rate but you will have fewer problems with larger average tickets. What is it that you have for sale on your site?
