However, each server is configured to support Linux Virtual Desktops (Like Terminal Services for Windows) which allows the server owner to create accounts for the users and those users can use a free cross-platform client available from nomachine to connect to their private desktop. They can browse from the machine using Firefox and use all of the GUI apps on the machine as if though they had a Linux Desktop Computer. This works well even over low-bandwidth connections.
