We do not charge setup costs, there are also no other hidden costs. You just pay the price on our website. We install all servers standard with CentOS, if you prefer another OS, we could install this on request.

You are not tied up for a yearly contract, your contract lasts three months and is automatically renewed. If you want to stop your contract, than you need to do this at least one month before it ends.

* customers outside the EU or in the EU with a VAT registered company don’t need to pay VAT.

This is the second tip to read my email you gave me and nothing there man. I filed a complaint with paypal because you are trying to scam me and it aint gonna happen. You better hope paypal refunds me man cause it aint about the 90 bucks to me anymore and i will get the cash out of you by all means neccesary. You have dicked me around for to long and ya had me and my 4 partners waiting around like fools yesterday.

I send an email to sales@dacefa.com and you answered 1 day ago ("We can set it up tomorrow.", 02 Jul 2008 11:53 PM). I agreed and did the order in the helpdesk (03 Jul 2008 12:33 PM), but I didn't get an answer.
I asked two times what's the status (08 Jul 2008 03:05 PM / 14 Jul 2008 05:40 AM), but you didn't reply.
